| Can I refill my prescriptions online? |
Yes. In our efforts to serve you better we offer online prescription renewals. Simply select the “Refill Prescription” link on this website. We also offer automated telephone renewals or of course, if you prefer, we would be happy to talk to you directly!

| I have a drug plan. Can you bill this plan directly? |
Yes. If your plan is an electronic health plan then we will be happy to bill it directly. Please visit our pharmacy to set up your account.

| Can I get my prescriptions from more than one pharmacy? |
High Park Pharmacy always recommends that you only use our prescription services. This allows us to maintain accurate records and to serve you better with our extensive health services!

| What can I do with old or expired medications? |
High Park Pharmacy offers its patients a free medication disposal service. Bring in your old medications and we can instantly evaluate whether or not you should keep them or leave them for safety disposal.

| My tablets need splitting. Can you split them for me? |
As part of our comprehensive patient care plan, we offer free tablet splitting as required by your prescription.

| I take a lot of medications and I am finding it hard to remember to take them regularly. How can you help? |
We can help you in many ways. Some recommendations we may have include a medication chart, weekly medication pill boxes and blister-packing of your medications. Ontario patients taking 3 or more medications are entitled to an annual medication review session with one of our pharmacists. This is a great way to assess your needs and review your compliance.
